Accurate temperature control with maximum working space - the Grant Expert Range of sous vide baths is designed with both in mind. The heater mat and temperature sensor are positioned under the inner tank and a removable circulation tray positioned over the base of the tank provides effective liquid mixing by means of convection and prevents sous vide packs from coming into contact with the heated tank bottom. A digital control system provides accuracy and consistency of temperature. No snagging of packs on heating coils or stirrers, no difficult places to clean/keep clean, just lots of unobstructed, temperature controlled space for you to work with.
Robust and easy to clean
The Grant Expert range of sous vide baths is made of a stainless steel inner tank – a standard gastronorm tank – housed within a stainless steel enclosure with smooth welded seams that won’t trap dirt. Robust, durable, easy to clean.
Simple and safe to operate
Operating a Grant Expert bath is simplicity itself. Just select the desired temperature using the buttons on the keypad, and the large, easy to read illuminated digital display gives you instant confirmation of the set temperature. A removable lid supplied with the bath minimises evaporation of water and helps maintain bath temperature. Should the bath accidentally be run with little or no water, a safety cut-out ensures that you and your workplace remain safe.

Optional data logging
With Grant’s long standing expertise in temperature control and monitoring comes the option of using the renowned Grant Squirrel data logger to record temperature of the bath and its contents for future reference or quality assurance.
